If you feel ill please reschedule your appointment. We're all subject to colds and stomach bugs, especially during the winter months and changing of the seasons. If you are sneezing, coughing, achy and / or feverish I will be unable to do the session and advise that your appointment be rescheduled.
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you may be charged 50% of the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Late Start Time
If your session begins after your scheduled time, it may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session payment. Out of respect and consideration for the time allotted and other clients, please plan accordingly.
